Yes, we have General Business Liability insurance and Worker’s Compensation insurance. Proof of insurance coverage is provided at initial consultation.

Estate sales typically follow a similar format: They are held inside the home and across the property. We come on the day before the sale to sort, organize, and price items to be sold. The sale is conducted over one or two days. We advertise online and we place bright directional signs to attract passing motorists.  We offer clean-out services afterward for an additional fee.

All of our contracts are in plain English and we do not charge any hidden fees. We do collect a fee for sales we generate, and that fee is agreed to, in writing, at the time of contract signing.

Usually, two to three business days after the sale. We pay you by Zelle, Venmo, or check. 

We will leave the property in a neat and orderly fashion. We recommend that any items that were not sold at the sale be donated. We can provide donation pick-up or drop-off, and clean-out services afterward for an additional fee.

The timeline for estate liquidation can vary depending on many factors. We will always work within your timeline when you are ready. If the owner is deceased, sometimes we have to wait until the Personal Representative is appointed by the Probate Court. This court process can take weeks to months depending on the case.  We discuss and agree, in writing, to timelines for the project at contract signing.

Not to worry. Every cleanout project has a “Family Box'' for when we identify valuable and sentimental items so they may be set aside to be reunited with the family at the end of the project. 

Yes. We do not sell or handle firearms, alcohol, hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items with limited market demand. Expensive jewelry we recommend the family either keep or deal directly with a reputable jewelry liquidator.
